I’m a few weeks late on this one, but I’ve gotten multiple submissions, and it definitely is a white person rapping poorly. So for the two people that haven’t seen it, here you go.

While everything about the video would suggest it is satirical, it’s my understanding that this guy is 100% serious, and that someone for some reason has a rivalry and did the slideshow to make fun of him. I don’t see why, because the music does that all by itself. But the song is real.
This kid is from the same town as Asher Roth. The Yin to his Yang, perhaps.
